Patriotic Horse Show

 

SVTRC held its second Judged Horse Show on June 2, 2007.

 

 

 

To open the patriotic show Cathleen and Joe presented the flags at a gallop.

Joe carried the American flag on Victor.  Cathleen carried the Swan View flag on Pisac.


 

 

The “Peruvian Horses for Special Need Riders” drill team performed an intricate routine carrying American flags.

Maneuvers included barridas, circles, pass throughs, serpentines, figure eights, sweeps, and carrousels.

Collin lead the team on Pisac, accompanied by Cathleen on Durango, Ryan on Victor, and Carolyn on Cadete.

 


Samuel performed expertly on Durango in Trail and Barrel classes.

John Dee, with his partner Max, is shown opening the gate obstacle in the Trail class.

Cowboy Jack had a great performance on Cadete in Trail and Barrels.

In his first show at Swan View, Darian enjoyed riding Alexia in Trail and Egg and Spoon.

Joyful Hannah rode Max expertly in Trail class.

Krysta and Victor made a great team in Trail and Poles.

Michael rode with excellence on Max in Trail and Egg and Spoon classes.

 

Vincent on Victor had a steady hand in the Egg and Spoon class.  He also competed in his first Pole Bending competition.

Ryan rode Victor with precision in Trail class and with speed in the Poles class.

 

Collin and Pisac presented an excellent performance in both Trail and Poles.

Marion and Cadete are opening the rope gate on the Trail course.

 

Carolyn enjoyed riding Durango in Trail and the Champagne classes.

 

Laura did a great job riding Alexia in the young mare’s first Trail and Champagne class competition.

Katie guided Pisac with perfection in Trail, and then sped through Barrels on Cadete.

Amanda and Pisac were extremely fast in Barrels and Poles.

 

 


 

The Champagne Class was fun for all.
